Mooresville, NC – The Mooresville Police Department is proud of their Public Safety Cadets who recently competed in the annual Public Safety Cadets/Explorers Survival Weekend events at YMCA Camp Cherokee!
Public Safety Cadets Andrew Young and Micah Green competed in Felony Traffic Stops (placed third out of eight teams) and Tug of War as a 5-person team with York County Sheriff Office (placed second). Cadet Micah Green also finished first in the Push-ups and Sit-ups competition out of about 75 Cadets.
