Something new is about to bring a fresh energy to E. Statesville Avenue in Mooresville, with craft cocktails, shareable bites, and a vibrant atmosphere designed for a great night out.
Zanzibar, located at 515 E. Statesville Avenue, will officially open to the public on Friday, April 17. Previously used as a private event space, the venue will now serve as a go-to gathering place featuring live entertainment and a relaxed neighborhood bar feel.
The concept comes from the same owners behind Zanders Bistro, just two doors down. Known for creating a welcoming atmosphere and quality experience, John and Angela Alexander are expanding their vision with this new venture.
Zanzibar will offer a selection of small plates designed for sharing, along with a curated wine list and a full bar featuring handcrafted cocktails.
Hours of operation will be Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 3 to 9 p.m.
