One of our favorite parts of the holiday season at Mooresville Now was getting out into the community and seeing the magic our neighbors create. This year, we launched 25 Days of Holiday Homes, starting at the end of November and leading all the way up to Christmas Day.
Each day, we shared a new video on our Instagram page, highlighting a beautifully decorated home somewhere in Mooresville. Neighbors followed along daily, watching the displays, sharing the videos with friends and family, and recommending even more homes for us to visit. The excitement and support quickly turned the series into something truly special.
What made the experience even more meaningful was the way the community came together. Families messaged us with recommendations from their neighborhoods, and homeowners reached out, excited to share their festive displays with others. From classic white lights to colorful, playful scenes filled with characters, Santas, and glowing trees, every home reflected the creativity and holiday spirit of the people who live there.
Driving around town night after night, we felt a genuine sense of joy. Streets were softly lit, music played in the car, and for a little while, everything felt slower and brighter. It was a reminder that the holidays are about connection, generosity, and sharing moments that make people smile.
