The Mooresville Graded School District (MGSD) is pleased to announce the hiring of Jonathan Ribbeck as its new Chief of Schools. Mr. Ribbeck is a seasoned leader with a strong background in instructional leadership and school improvement.
Mr. Ribbeck joins MGSD after a distinguished tenure with Iredell-Statesville Schools, where he most recently served as the Chief Elementary Academic Officer and Executive Director of Elementary Education. He also received the Teacher of the Year award in 2003-04 at Monticello Elementary.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Jonathan Ribbeck to the Mooresville Graded School District,” said Dr. Jason Gardner, Superintendent of MGSD. “His proven track record of elevating student achievement, supporting school leaders, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligns perfectly with our district’s mission.
